npolum@lawinjury.comNathan Polum is originally from Stevens Point, WI. Nathan attended Ripon College in Wisconsin where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Sociology-Anthropology. Nathan attended Chicago Kent College of Law. In his final year at Chicago Kent, Nathan conducted research for his senior seminar on adoption negligence. Nathan has gained legal experience at several other law firms throughout Chicago, which have focused on a variety of legal practices including employment law, product liability, personal injury and medical malpractice.
At The Deratany Firm Nathan focuses on adoption negligence, personal injury, medical malpractice, and environmental law. Nathan has assisted Mr. Deratany with a wide variety of cases, including a trial involving the death of a legally blind man who was killed by a train which resulted in a multi-million dollar verdict.
